Have you been looking to relocate to a different city recently? I feel you. I’ve relocated myself recently. I just wanted a more relaxed lifestyle. Having to drive 80 mph just go up the street to Wawa, while having people beep horns abruptly just wasn’t my vibe. I ended up moving further into the state of Pennsylvania, and I couldn't be happier. Plus..I work remotely, so It no longer makes sense to deal with the pressures that come with living in a large city. A lot of people have relocated due to the pandemic as well. Some of my friends have relocated to places like Charlotte, North Carolina, and Orlando, Florida. Reverse Migration is real. Im here to help incase you are thinking about relocating as well.

Huntsville, Alabama

Huntsville beat 149 other metro areas, and was measured by factors such as housing affordability, job availability, net migration, desirability and quality of life. According to Huntsville.gov, Huntsville currently has an estimated population of 227,529. Niche.com states that the average home value is $262,671, while rent ranges from $920 to $1,097. The city also boasts many attractions, such as the Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment center, the Huntsville Museum of Art, the Huntsville Botanical Garden, as well as Big Spring International Park. When I think of these two cities, honestly...I think of food. Particularly, I think of Biscuitville and their Spicy Chicken & Honey Biscuit. It’s Incredible. If you haven’t had one, you might just be missing out on life. The cities of Raleigh & Durham, have consistently been ranked highly for some of the best places to live in America. This region is know as “The Triangle” and consists of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. The cities are also known for their tech savvy population, and collegiate rivalries. Raleigh has several attractions, such as The North Carolina Museum of Art, JC Raulston Arboretum, Pullen Park, and Cam Raleigh. Durham has a variety of attractions too, which include Beaver Marsh Preserve, Duke Homestead, Nasher Museum of Art. There are unique activities to do all throughout the triangle. Located near the Ozark Mountains, Fayetteville attracts individuals who love getting into the outdoors. Two words come to mind when I think of this city. Free-spirited. San Francisco has long been a desirable place to live. Known for its iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, The Painted Ladies, and Fisherman’s Wharf, the city attracts individuals from around the world. San Francisco is known for its progressive culture, mild weather, and unique activities. Did you know you can search for parrots? Crazy right? San Francisco has several parakeets that are located in several areas of the city. The most famous one is located on Telegraph hill, along with a flock that hangs out around the Mission District, as well as the Saturn Street Stairs. If you’re looking for outdoor activities, check out Golden Gate Park, the city’s 1,017-acre oasis that attracts hikers, bikers, art lovers & music fans, along with several gardens and museums.
